Legal Notice for the Vertdure Travel Contest 2026
01. Organizer
The “Vertdure Travel Contest 2026” is organized by Le Groupe Vertdure.
02. Contest Period
The contest begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
03. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who:
- Are residents of Quebec or Ontario
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation
- Are new Vertdure or Vext clients who have booked an eligible package during the Contest Period
Employees, representatives, and agents of Le Groupe Vertdure, as well as anyone residing with them, are not eligible.
04. How to Participate
No additional purchase is required other than subscribing to an eligible Vertdure or Vext package.
To participate:
- The participant must become a new Vertdure or Vext client
- The participant must book a Vertdure or Vext package between January 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026
Each eligible client automatically receives one (1) contest entry. If the participant is a new client of both Vertdure and Vext, they will automatically receive two (2) entries, one (1) for each eligible package booked.
05. Prize Description
The contest offers one (1) prize:
- A travel credit with a maximum value of CAD 10,000
The credit:
- Is redeemable through the travel agency designated by the Organizer to the winner
- Can be used according to the agency’s terms (e.g., flights, accommodation, activities, etc.)
- Is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for money
- Must be used in accordance with the travel agency’s conditions
- Any unused portion of the credit will not be refunded.
06. Drawing
The random draw will take place on a date determined by the Organizer from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
07. Prize Awarding
The winner will be contacted by phone or email within a reasonable time after the draw.
To be declared a winner, the participant must:
- Respond within five (5) business days following the contact attempt
- Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, as required by law
- Sign, if required, a declaration and release form
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a new draw.
08. General Conditions
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be modified
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary
- Refusal to accept the prize releases the Organizer from any obligation
09. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for:
- Technical issues, including network or system failures
- Any human or technical errors that may occur during registration or the draw
- Any damage or loss arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for contest administration and in accordance with Vertdure’s privacy policy.
11. Right to Modify
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time, without notice, in the event of force majeure or any situation beyond its control.
12. Compliance with Laws
The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Quebec.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Quebec.
13. Acceptance
Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
