hydroseeding (new from vertdure)
Hydroseeding, an alternative to sod laying and traditional seeding, is an environmentally friendly process of pressure spraying a mix of seeds, water and fertilizer over soil.
BENEFITS
- Hydroseeding promotes rapid lawn growth. It’s also quick and costs a fraction of conventional sod laying, which is a significant advantage, especially if you have a large area to cover.
- This technique is also very effective for areas with steep slopes, where sod is difficult to lay and keep in place before it takes root.

chinch bug treatment
Chinch bugs are a pest that feeds on the sap of grass plants. Unlike other insect pests, they don’t steer clear of sunny areas, which means the damage they do can be mistaken for the effects of drought. You won’t be able to solve the problem by watering more or using store-bought products.
Let us take care of your pest problem using safe and effective products.

FALL
soil aeration
Over time, soil compaction makes it harder for lawns to absorb the water, oxygen and nutrients they need to grow beautiful and healthy. Excessive fertilizing is the worst way to try to fix compaction, as it can actually make things even worse. A better option is to aerate your lawn in the fall, and sometimes the spring as well. If done annually, this will fully prevent soil compaction.
Treatment starts at $4995*
